Kasi and Joseph wed in early 2023 and became a family of 4 with Joseph’s two beautiful teenage daughter's. They love to chase them all over the state watching them both play sports. They also have a crew of furkids, and enjoy their evenings on the porch watching them play. They enjoy traveling, live music, and running their real estate team to the best of their abilities.
Kasi Hennigan is a licensed Real Estate Agent® proudly serving the Texas Hill Country. Born and raised in South Texas, she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Communications from Texas Lutheran University.
Kasi’s grandparents owned a ranch in Kerrville from the early 1970s through 2016, so much of her childhood was spent visiting the ranch, enjoying Fourth of July fireworks at the park, sliding down Ingram Dam, taking trips to Gibson’s, and attending nearby summer camps. Kasi’s late mother also attended Schreiner University, further deepening her connection to the area. Since settling in Kerrville in 2009, it has truly felt like home.
Alongside her husband, Joseph, Kasi co-manages 1HOME4U Realty Group under the Keller Williams brokerage. Together, they specialize in residential real estate and Farm & Ranch properties throughout Kerrville and surrounding counties. Kasi has been honored as the Kerrville Daily Times Readers’ Choice Best Real Estate Agent for eight consecutive years, and in 2024, she and Joseph were recognized as Platinum Top 50 Agents in the San Antonio Region.
Having personally experienced both buying and selling, Kasi understands the stress that can accompany real estate transactions. Her approach is centered on experience and guided by faith, navigating buyers with confidence while helping sellers navigate pricing, preparation, and negotiations to achieve the smoothest possible experience. She is an active member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Texas Association of REALTORS®, and local REALTOR® boards in Kerrville, Fredericksburg, and San Antonio. Kasi has served in leadership roles as Vice President and President of her local association in 2022 and 2023, on the Board of Directors in 2024, and now serves on the Governmental Affairs Committee.
Community involvement is an important part of Kasi’s life and work. She serves as a Board Member at Arcadia Live Theatre, volunteers with the Ingram ISD Booster Club, and is actively involved in philanthropic service through Transformation Church. Keller Williams Realty is a proud member of the Kerrville Chamber of Commerce, and individually, Kasi and Joseph are members of the West Kerr Chamber and Comfort Chamber of Commerce. Dedicated to continued growth and excellence, Kasi is currently pursuing her Broker’s License and remains committed to ongoing professional education to better serve her clients.
Outside of real estate, Kasi enjoys time spent with her husband and two bonus daughters, as well as their six fur babies. She and her husband enjoy traveling, live music, and comedy shows.
Joseph moved to Kerrville in 1997, to attend Schreiner University where he graduated with Kinesiology Degree. Prior to Real Estate Joseph was in retail sales, and also was in education for 10 years. Joseph is extremely knowledgeable in many areas of Real Estate to include Residential, Farm and Ranch, and Leasing.
Joseph has served many years on committees for the board of Realtors, and in 2023 served as the President for the Kerr County YMCA. Joseph was selected to serve a 3 year team on the steering committee of Leadership Kerr County, an organization that helps local leaders become more familair with the in’s and out’s of various facets of the community. He also has had experience in construction, taught at a young age by his late grandfather and uses his skills to flip the occasional home.
Garrett was born and raised in Kerrville, TX. He has been a real estate agent since 2019. He enjoys the challenge and satisfaction of helping people findtheir dream home here in the Hill Country. Garrett and his wife reside in Kerrville, and Garett also enjoys the great outdoors guiding hunts in his free time.
Lance was born and raised in Kerrville, TX where he continue·s to reside and raise his 2 kids with his wife Beth. Lance has a wealth of knowledge of the community and has been involved in the Kerrville School System as a teacher and coach for many years. He has also been a real estate agent since 2017.
